The Mines of Spain State Recreation Area and E. B. Lyons Nature Center is a state park located along the southern edge of the city of Dubuque, Iowa, United States. The 1,439-acre park features picnic areas, 16.5 miles of walking/hiking trails, 3.5 miles of ski trails, and the Betty Hauptli Bird and Butterfly Garden.
