The Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History, formerly the Stovall Museum of Science and History and The Museum of the University of Oklahoma, is the officially designated natural history museum for the State of Oklahoma, located on the campus of the University of Oklahoma. The museum was founded in 1899 by an act of the Oklahoma Territorial Legislature.
